Welcome to the C2C FAST Training site! This season we have added this training section to our site so that we can provide a centralized point of training reference for our skaters and coaches.

"Choose to Commit” is a program committed to the education, growth, promotion and continuous improvement of the sport of inline speed skating. Our program is focused on introducing the sport of inline speed skating using a positive, values-driven approach to managing Team Fast skaters, coaches and parents. Our program stresses the importance of enjoying the process, the journey, the experience and its ultimate influence on us as people, coaches and skaters. We believe skaters should be taught to strive for continuous improvement and coaches should be evaluated on the improvement, growth and development of their skaters. 

The intent of this site is to provide skaters with an array of tools, tips and training methods to add to their repertoire. We hope you'll find this site useful.  Good luck this season!
