Endurance

 


Endurance training is an important part of Team FAST's Program...

 

Ask a group of coaches what are the best training methods for improving endurance performance and you will get several different answers. Specific training strategies vary widely. However, the major objective remains the same in any method - produce changes within the biological systems that influence endurance performance, namely the cardio respiratory and muscular systems. The biological adaptations translate into an improvement in maximal oxygen consumption (VO2max), anaerobic threshold (AT), and economy.

 

 

The training techniques we use are tried and proven. They are being used by some of the best World-Class athletes. If you lack endurance, step into our world and follow our program!
